We are looking for an Intermediate Water/Wastewater Engineer with a minimum five years of experience in municipal engineering to work in our Winnipeg office. The primary focus of this position will be design of municipal infrastructure, primarily water and wastewater conveyance and treatment. A wide variety of other duties, such as preparing proposals, project reports, tender documentation, permit applications, and environmental assessments will also be required. Experience in water storage, treatment and distribution design would be an asset. Qualified candidates will have a degree in civil engineering with a minimum five years experience in municipal engineering and should be eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers of Manitoba and Ontario. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary to be successful in this position. Experience in a consulting environment and/or project management is preferred.
We are looking for a Client/Project Manager with ten to fifteen years of experience in municipal engineering to work in our Winnipeg office. The primary focus of this position will be managing the Water/Wastewater work and clients in North West Ontario and Manitoba. A wide variety of other duties, such as preparing proposals, project reports, tender documentation, permit applications, and environmental assessments will also be required. Qualified candidates will have a degree in civil engineering and a P.Eng. designation. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary to be successful in this position, as is the ability to work independently and supervise others.
We are currently seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer with five to ten years’ experience in two or more of the following mechanical design areas:
HVAC in small and medium sized buildings
plumbing and drainage
industrial/commercial pumping, piping and heat exchange systems
water and waste water plants
fuel storage and dispensing systems
energy efficiency in new design and retrofits
The successful candidate must have a thorough working knowledge of Canadian Standards including Provincial and National Plumbing, Building, and Energy Codes and be a member in good standing with the APEGM, or eligible for registration. Additional appropriate professional memberships would be an asset.
Northern/remote/Arctic design and operations experience would be considered a definite asset, as would experience in a consulting environment working to exceed client expectations.
The selected candidate should have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD. A familiarity with Autodesk Building Systems and Revit (MEP) would be considered a definite asset.

We are currently seeking an intermediate CAD Operator/Designer to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Winnipeg office.
Working under the direction of Project Managers/Engineers, you would be responsible for the detailed design, drawing production, reports and engineering studies associated with civil engineering work for various projects for our private and municipal client base.
The right candidate will be a graduate of a civil engineering technology program and will ideally possess 5-10 years of civil design related experience. This opportunity will offer the successful candidate the chance to be an integral part of the design team working on a variety of multi-disciplined engineering projects.
Preferred skill sets would include: survey, civil design, and a good working knowledge of drawing set-up and production. You will be a mature and confident individual who is very technically savvy, and is effective as a behind the scenes supporter. Applicants must have strong communication skills, be well organized, analytical, detail oriented and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment while taking direction from various designers and managers. Computer skills include proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel.
While this would be primarily a CAD role, the candidate would require the desire to help in other areas and provide assistance outside their primary scope of work to the Project Managers.
Membership with the Certified Technicians and Technologists Association of Manitoba (CTTAM) is preferred.
