Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC)
As an Aboriginal owned company, Neegan Burnside Ltd. has been certified as the only CAMSC Supplier of professional engineering and environmental services. CAMSC is a non-profit membership organization that is operated by the private sector and composed of major multinational corporations throughout Canada. The organization aims to boost economic development through procurement and business opportunities designed to link minority suppliers with corporate Canada. CAMSC also has a reciprocal agreement with its affiliate in the United States called the Nation Minority Supplier and Development (NMSDC). Chartered in 1972, NMSDC is one of the largest corporate organizations in the United States with approximately 3,500 corporate members and 15,000 minority businesses.

Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB)
The Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB) is part of a commitment by the Canadian Government to increase contracting between the federal government and Aboriginal businesses across Canada. This policy has been developed to provide Aboriginal people with an opportunity to participate in the economic benefits of the Canadian Economy. Initiated in 1996 by Indian and Northern Affairs (INAC), PSAB contracts apply to all Federal Government Departments. As a majority owned Aboriginal business, Neegan Burnside has qualified for contracts with various Government departments including Environment Canada, Health Canada, PWGSC, INAC and Corrections Canada. The specific areas that Neegan Burnside has provided professional services include ACRS, Environmental Assessments, Contaminated Sites, Water Hydrology Studies, Water Testing and Building Science.

Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO)
As an Aboriginal owned company, Neegan Burnside Ltd. qualifies for contracts with Native American Tribes in the United States that have established procurement policy through their Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). As sovereign Nations, independent Tribes have the authority to regulate and control the procurement practices of all employers conducting business on their reservations. This enables Tribal Governments to promote Indian Preference through policy that regulates employment, contracting and subcontracting. Currently, Neegan Burnside Ltd. is a registered TERO Supplier for the Seneca Nation of New York.
