Merv Dewasha is a member of the Wahta Mohawk First Nation in Ontario. As CEO for Neegan Burnside Ltd., Merv is responsible for business development and operations. He has over 30 years experience working with First Nations on projects related to housing, infrastructure, economic development and securing financing for Aboriginal businesses. A recognized leader in the development of native human resources through career building in science and engineering, Merv has served with INAC in various capacities and on the Executive Interchange to the Assembly of First Nations and Chiefs of Ontario. Merv continues to provide his wealth of expertise to Neegan Burnside projects while remaining a mentor for junior aboriginal engineers.
